We are looking for our next breakfast superstar to join the kitchen team in our rooftop restaurant and bar, Cleo.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes to Cleo’s standards
• Supporting senior chefs with breakfast prep, mise en place, and smooth service execution
• Assisting in the development and refinement of breakfast and brunch menu items
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment during early and peak breakfast service
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all breakfast and brunch plates
• Bringing creativity and initiative while staying aligned with Cleo’s style and standards
• Supporting junior kitchen staff and contributing to a positive, efficient team culture

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef in a hotel or high-volume breakfast/brunch restaurant
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to high culinary standards
• Ability to work efficiently in early shifts and high-pressure breakfast service periods
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
