We’re looking for a Breakfast Chef / Cook to join our friendly and fast-paced Farm Shop Café in Windsor This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique, community-focused environment where quality, provenance and fresh produce are at the heart of everything we do.
Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you’ll help deliver a high-quality breakfast and daytime offering using locally sourced ingredients—many straight from our farm shop. From preparing fresh dishes to maintaining a smooth kitchen operation, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our visitors.
Preparing and cooking fresh breakfast and café dishes with care and consistency
Delivering efficient service, even during busy periods
Working closely with front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Supporting stock control and minimising waste
Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well-organised at all times
Sharing your passion for seasonal, locally sourced food with customers and colleagues
Experience in a chef or cook role in a busy kitchen environment
A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal, farm-to-table food
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
A team-player mindset with great communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (certification preferred)
A positive, reliable and proactive approach
