Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept it:

As our superstar breakfast chef, you'll be responsible for making sure our upgraded breakfast is fully stocked at all times. You already have previous experience in kitchens and you're a master at efficient prepping, whipping up tasty breakfast items, and keeping the positive breakfast vibes alive! Not only that, y ou make things happen and exceed expectations on a regular basis. We're looking for you to join our team where you'll have consistent hours and great colleagues!

What You'll Do

• You'll take control of the breakfast service and make sure all guests receive a delicious & memorable breakfast
• Set up and break down the breakfast
• You'll understand all details around daily specials, menu changes and special (dietary) needs of guests
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
• Monitor incoming goods – such as supplies, ingredients and prefabricated foods
• You'll maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
• You'll put away all deliverables in an organized and timely matter
• Monitor accurate execution of HACCP guidelines, fire safety policy and working conditions

Who You Are

• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience in a similar role at a similar level kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards
• Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques
• You're available during the mornings between the hours of 6:00 - 15:00 (Monday - Friday)
• You’re legally allowed to work in the UK
