Summary:
The Breakfast Buffet Attendant ensures the hotel’s breakfast service runs smoothly by preparing the buffet area, replenishing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast buffet with food items, beverages, utensils, and serving equipment before service begins
- Replenish food and drinks throughout service to keep items fresh and fully stocked
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation
- Greet guests and assist with basic requests (e.g., seating guidance, refills, directions)
- Keep dining and buffet areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Clear tables and properly dispose of trash and used dishes
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Break down and clean the buffet area after service
- Report low inventory or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service (helpful but not always required)
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
