Join Our Team as a Breakfast Attendant:
Are you an early riser who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team at the Cambridge Suites Hotel.
As the face of our morning dining experience, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable stays by delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service. From greeting returning guests by name to ensuring every table is spotless and every coffee cup is full, you’ll help set the tone for a great day.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide warm, personalized service to all guests, recognizing repeat visitors and ensuring a positive dining experience
Take and serve à la carte orders, pre-set meals, and buffet items with efficiency and accuracy
Prepare for each meal period by ensuring stations are fully stocked and organized (china, glassware, cutlery, linen, condiments, coffee, etc.)
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding guest requests, dietary needs, and menu variations
Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction, addressing concerns professionally and promptly
Bus, clean, and reset tables; maintain cleanliness of menus, service equipment, and work areas
Assist with room setup including lighting, music, temperature, and displays
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures
What We're Looking For:
A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset
