Contract: Permanent

This is not a Wiltshire Council vacancy therefore please contact Neston Preschool Playgroup for further information.

A bit about us:

Neston Pre-school Playgroup has been running successfully since 1972, operating from Neston Memorial Hall situated next to the Neston Recreation Ground. The Hall has one large room, two annex rooms, a kitchen, separate toilets (including disabled toilet), an outside fenced play area which looks out onto Neston Rec, and free off road parking at the front.

All about the role:

We are looking to recruit a Breakfast and After School Club staff member. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children aged between 4 and 11years old. There may be an opportunity to also work with our Preschool if you are a minimum Level 2 qualified. Please make a note within your application form that this is something you would be interested.

Ideally you will work Monday through to Thursday at Breakfast Club from 7am until 9am as well as Monday through to Thursday from 3pm until 6pm, however, we will consider applications from people that are only available on only 2, 3 or 4 mornings/afternoons per week.

You will be responsible for helping to supervise other members of staff, collecting the children from school, providing them with an after school snack (provided by the setting) as well as keeping them entertained with games, stories and other fun activities.

You will be responsible for some of the paperwork involved, although most is taken care of by managers. You will be salaried, but paid overtime each month as necessary, this means that you will be paid during the school holidays.

We can offer great children to put a smile on your face as well as friendly co-workers!
