Job Summary: The Bread Expeditor Coordinator is the link between Bread Production and Delivery. The Bread Expeditor Coordinator safely, accurately and efficiently pulls and expedites all phases of wholesale bread orders. The Bread Expeditor Coordinator position is the fourth of four Bread Expeditor levels.
Pay: $26.15/ an hour + comprehensive benefit package
Supervision: The Expeditor Coordinator reports to the Delivery Assistant Manager.
Schedule Requirements: Grand Central Bakery operates 7 days a week/365 days a year. Schedule flexibility is essential including the ability to work extra hours or days based on department needs.

o Product shortages and causes via e-mail.
o Expediting operation concerns – i.e. packing, scheduling, product quality.
o Any identified systemic problems with recommendations, suggestions, and solutions.
o Equipment issues

o Accurate counts of product and shortages due to culling
o Quality control information and trends
o Offer support, training and guidance to other expediting and delivery employees about Grand Central products.

· This position works in a building shared with production facilities is constantly exposed to wheat flour dust and other grain dusts (rye, corn, oat).
· Procedures requiring a high-level of repetitive motion involving hands, wrists, arms and back – including lifting and twisting.
· This position walks up to the equivalent of two miles per shift. This position stands for 100% of the shift worked.
· This position works in warm environments.
