Our Bread Bakers are integral to our culinary operations. Because our kitchens make everything from scratch, including all of our specialty breads, our Bakers are responsible for efficiently portioning ingredients and preparing our recipes to our standards. They also adhere to our quality and sanitation protocols to ensure the highest food safety. As a Baker, you will enjoy a career path that challenges you as a culinary team member and facilitates your growth and development.

While our restaurant is supplied by hundreds of family farms everywhere, that doesn’t mean we know every farm, and that doesn’t mean we never have to buy product from the traditional (corporate) supply chain; it does mean we’re working hard to direct our purchasing dollars where it aligns with our values. We’re serving the best food we can, made from scratch in our kitchens every day. Our innovative, American dishes are made primarily with pure ingredients honoring the farmers and their hard-earned bounty.
