Job Duties

Perform planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis of coiled tubing operations, ensuring technical compliance, operational safety, quality of results, and technical support to the teams involved. The Operations Consultant already possesses the technical maturity required for decision-making and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of processes.

Responsabilities

• Plan and execute engineering activities in accordance with operational procedures, technical standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support to operations and/or projects by conducting analyses, diagnostics, and technical recommendations.
• Monitor operational parameters, interpret data, and identify deviations, risks, or optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and review technical documents, such as operational reports, post-job reports, anomaly analyses, diagrams, and technical presentations.
• Ensure that activities comply with the work program, internal procedures, and HSE guidelines.
• Actively participate in technical meetings, pre-job briefings, risk assessments, and critical-point discussions.
• Support less experienced engineers (junior level), serving as a technical reference in daily activities.
• Interact with multidisciplinary teams (field operations, engineering, planning, clients, and leadership), ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in Coiled Tubing, Wireline or Slickline.
• Advanced English.
• CREA is required.
