
As part of Brazil Payments Operations Team, you will be responsible for operational monitoring and daily routines for SPB (Brazilian Payment System) and SPI (Brazilian Instant Payments). In addition, it will support the Corporate Treasury team with cash management activities for BRL and 13 other currencies across multiple regions (North America, Europe, and Asia), as well as the settlement process for all lines of business within JPMorgan Brazil, particularly Payments. The role will also support initiatives related to new products, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute operational routines according to standard procedures in the Liquidity Management activities.
Support and provide metrics, macros and reports.
Work directly with the Corporate Treasury Desk and transactional group to support any related Funds Transfer / Liquidity Management activities/inquires.
Identify business knowledge gaps and reporting the same.
Identify improvement opportunities in our processes.
Develop improvements and systemic solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Operational experience and/or knowledge of the Financial Services industry required.
Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market structure, including SPB and SPI (clearing, messages, and operational routines), as well as STR-WEB / SPB-WEB routines.
Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner.
Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
Strong communication, presentation, project management, and leadership skills.
