As a Branding Lead at CureMD, you will oversee the development of communication and identity strategies, leading a team of specialists to ensure all marketing efforts align with CureMD’s overall vision. You will drive initiatives that promote our position as a leader in healthcare technology and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CureMD’s identity strategy, ensuring all campaigns reflect the company’s core values and objectives.
• Oversee the development of visual and communication assets across multiple platforms, maintaining consistency.
• Develop high-level social media strategies that drive engagement and position CureMD as a thought leader in the industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
• Ensure the successful execution of campaigns by guiding teams and managing resources.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to continually refine and improve CureMD’s presence in the industry.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of creativity and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, with a focus on strategy and leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and innovation.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
