Job Description

Bring your ‘you’ to TPG Telecom, and help us build meaningful relationships and support vibrant, connected communities. We’re better and bolder together.

TPG Telecom started with a belief that we can make things better for Australians. We believe in the power of meaningful relationships to support vibrant, connected communities where everyone belongs. It’s our why; our reason to exist. Now, we’re proud to be one of Australia’s leading mobile and internet providers. We’re not just redefining telco, we’re changing its course. And you play a role in that. A big one. The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.

Could that be you?

Your opportunity:

Vodafone Business is looking for a bold, strategic Branded Content & Experiences Manager to join our business marketing team. This role brings together SEO-driven content strategy, demand generation and high-impact B2B events into one unified function, shaping how we show up across channels and how we build meaningful relationships with business customers.

You’ll own the end-to-end content ecosystem across small business, enterprise and government segments, while also leading the strategy and delivery of flagship events, customer experiences and sales-led activations. You’ll think holistically: one calendar, one narrative, one connected customer journey, with content and events working together to drive pipeline, lead generation and organic growth.

You'll make impact by:

Content Strategy, SEO & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute a unified content strategy and calendar that drives organic search and social growth, increases qualified traffic and supports Vodafone Business’ demand generation goals.
  • Build SEO-optimised content that improves rankings, captures high-intent search demand and fuels lead generation across SMB, enterprise and government segments.
  • Create and manage a wide range of content formats, including articles, white papers, case studies, infographics, social media posts, email marketing campaigns and website assets.
  • Lead content development across Vodafone Business websites, ensuring strong technical SEO, on-page optimisation and alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Repurpose content across owned and earned channels to maximise reach, consistency and impact.
  • Monitor SEO performance, keyword trends and content analytics to continually refine and improve results.
  • Partner with digital and sales teams to ensure content supports lead capture, nurture and conversion.

Events Strategy & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end events strategy and calendar for Vodafone Business, from planning to execution to post-event amplification.
  • Build a unified annual events calendar aligned to marketing campaigns, product priorities and sales team objectives.
  • Deliver high-impact B2B events, customer roundtables, sponsorship activations, industry conferences and bespoke sales experiences.
  • Partner with Sales to design events that deepen relationships, generate leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Ensure every event has a clear narrative, strong content integration and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee logistics, agency partners, budgets and on-the-day execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, sales, digital and commercial teams to ensure content and events ladder up to business goals.
  • Translate complex technical or commercial information into clear, compelling stories and experiences.
  • Partner with designers and creative teams to bring ideas to life across formats and channels.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in B2B content marketing, events management or a hybrid marketing role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that drive organic growth and demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimisation and content performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-impact B2B events end-to-end.
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple content formats.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Telecommunications or technology experience is an advantage.

What's in it for you?

  • Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)
  • ‘Stay Connected Mobile’ – Access to a free mobile plan
  • ‘Stay Connected NBN’ – Access to a free, high‑speed NBN plan (up to 500 Mbps)
  • ‘Your Leave’ - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year
  • Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities
  • Access to Corporate Partner Discounts
