Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Branded Content Coordinator to join our client's team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive professional to coordinate branded content projects across digital platforms, video and podcasts.

The selected candidate will manage projects from client brief through to publication, coordinating internal teams, schedules, shoots, feedback and deadlines while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate branded articles, videos, podcasts and social media content
• Gather client briefs and manage communication throughout projects
• Brief and coordinate internal content and production teams
• Organise shoots, recordings and project schedules
• Track deadlines, feedback and approvals through to publication

Key Requirements:

• Experience in project coordination, client services, media, marketing, advertising or content
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Understanding of digital content, social media, video and podcasts
• Maltese and English fluency is considered an asset
• Proofreading and editing skills are considered an asset
