Objective:
The Area Brand Trainer is responsible for delivering brand-specific training across multiple store locations, ensuring team members are equipped with the product knowledge and customer service skills required to drive sales and enhance brand experience. This role supports succession planning and tracks employee KPIs to tailor training initiatives for performance improvement.

Desired Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in retail or brand training, preferably in a multi-store setup.
Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training plans.
