Tri Delta is seeking an experienced alumni relations or non-profit marketing professional to join our Brand Advancement team. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency of the ‘voice’ of Tri Delta’s alumnae members across all marketing materials via active brand management. They will be the project manager and liaison between the Brand Advancement team and other alumnae member focused teams across the organization, ensuring that project deliverables are met while keeping stakeholders informed.
This position is ideal for a passionate storyteller with strong project management skills to share the full depth and range of our amazing Tri Delta sisters' lives as alumnae.

Key Responsibilities
Alumnae Engagement & Communications
Collaborate with alumnae chapters to understand their marketing needs and audiences through coordination with the Growth, Engagement, and Support teams.
Collaborate with alumnae to gather stories and updates for use in Tri Delta communications, including social media, The Trident, capital campaign materials, the Let’s Talk Tri Delta podcast, and other digital and print outlets.
Develop and distribute alumnae-specific resources such as toolkits and digital assets.
Represent the alumnae voice in strategic communications conversations across the Enterprise.
Content Strategy & Project Coordination
Leverage communications and creative resources as the project liaison for alumnae-directed communications.
Collaborate with strategic communications team members to maintain an enterprise communications calendar.
Effectively communicate and make available the Brand Advancement project management process across the organization.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate alumnae communications by gathering data and feedback to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is required.
Additional coursework or certification in digital media, nonprofit communications, or project management is a plus.
Skills
Communication & Content Development: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences; Ability to gather and curate content from multiple sources and formats; Experience with content calendars and campaign planning.
Collaboration & Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to work with alumnae, volunteers, and internal teams; Ability to represent the alumnae voice in strategic conversations and decision-making.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to evaluate communications effectiveness using data and feedback; Strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms; Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and basic design software is a plus.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or alumni relations, preferably within a nonprofit, membership-based, or educational organization.
Experience in content development for digital and print platforms, including newsletters, podcasts, and social media.
Familiarity with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working with alumni or volunteer networks is highly desirable.
