Brand Strategy Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing: Brand and Sponsorship, your role is to ensure our brand shows up consistently, distinctively and with real impact. Clear in what we stand for. Confident in how we show up. And relevant wherever our customers are paying attention.
We’re looking for a Brand Strategy Manager to help shape the future of the Sky Bet brand - defining how we show up across football, sport and entertainment, and ensuring every customer touchpoint feels distinctive, relevant and unmistakably Sky Bet.

Brand platforms and campaign strategy across major sporting moments
How the brand comes to life across advertising, sponsorship, social, product and customer experience
The role Sky Bet plays in modern football culture
Distinctive fan-first creative thinking grounded in insight and behaviour
Long-term brand consistency across markets, channels and partnerships
Helping Sky Bet become the most culturally relevant betting brand for modern football fans.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Are naturally curious about football, fandom, media and entertainment culture
Know how modern brands behave across campaigns, social, creators, sponsorship and product
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn insight into clear, actionable brand direction
Excellent creative judgement and an instinct for culturally relevant ideas
Deep understanding of football fandom, media and modern fan behaviour
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience developing integrated brand thinking across campaigns, sponsorship, social and customer experience
Strong briefing and storytelling skills
Curiosity, energy and a clear point of view
