About the job
Your focus is to define,refine,and embed Seco’s brand strategy and brand framework. You translate strategic direction into a clear brand position and narrative thatguidesmarketing, communication and experience design across markets and channels. You help evolve a digital‑first, experience‑led brand identity that ensures coherent interactions wherever customers meet us.
Part of your work involves supporting brand integration in M&A contexts, aligningacquiredbrands with ourarchitectureand preserving relevant equity. You also lead efforts to measure brandperceptionand turn insights into actions that strengthen trust and relevance over time. Across all this, you partner closely with teams that activate the brand, making sure governance stays practical and scalable.

Defining and evolving the brand framework and brand strategy.
Embedding brand positioning into marketing and communication activities.
Developing a digital‑first brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints.
Ensuring brand strategy informs initiatives,experiencesand transformation programs.
Supporting brand integration in mergers and acquisitions.
Safeguarding brand equity through strong governance and consistent execution.
Measuring brand performance and translating insights into improvements.
Working closely with activation,communicationsand program teams to enable coherent brand expression.

Your profile
A strongand provenbackgroundin brand strategy or brand management,ideallyina global B2Benvironment, givesyou the foundation to work with complex brand systems and long‑term positioning. Strategic thinking comes naturally to you, andyou’reused to turning insights, research and data into cleardirectionthat others can act on.You’reconfident navigating audience‑specific messaging, shaping narratives and presentingto senior stakeholders, as well as working in structured ways with frameworks, KPIs and measurement models.Creative judgment and design literacy help you brief,guideand evaluate work with both internal teams and external partners As we work in a global environment you need good English skills, both written and verbal
