Job Description

Deloitte Digital is looking for a skeptical, analytical, and creative Strategic Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to join our studio. We are seeking a professional who never takes things at face value—someone who can deconstruct complex briefs, identify sharp audience insights, and build strategies that deliver real, measurable impact.

In this role, you will start as a hands-on lead with the potential to build and manage a team as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand strategies, from the initial research phase to creative and marketing execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Lead rigorous market research and critical competitor analysis to identify data-backed consumer trends.
  • Collaborative Impact: Work closely with Creative, Design, Product, and Client teams to transform high-level strategy into standout, effective deliverables.
  • Performance Optimization: Define precise KPIs for campaigns and perform smart, real-time optimization to ensure goals are met.
  • Value Proposition & Positioning: Refine brand positioning and value propositions within saturated and highly competitive digital landscapes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Strategist in a top-tier advertising agency, digital agency, or consultancy.
  • Digital Expertise: A deep, fundamental understanding of digital platforms and the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Brief Cracking: A proven ability to dissect complex briefs and translate them into clever, actionable creative moves.
  • Analytical Mindset: Absolute mastery of data analysis and insight extraction—we work with facts and data, not just "gut feelings."
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-impact storytelling/presentations to C-level executives.

  • Hands-on experience with advanced research and analysis tools (proficiency in AI-driven research tools is a significant advantage).
  • Creative Background: Previous experience in Creative or Copywriting.
  • Leadership Ready: A "player-coach" mentality—ready to hit the ground running independently and scale a team under you as needed.
