Develop and manage IMC marketing and branding campaigns that promote our brands.
Oversee the development of brand assets, including website listings and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to improve our branding strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyse brand performance and market trends to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as necessary.
Develop guidelines that instruct internal teams and external agencies on how to effectively deploy the brand strategy based on market research and insights.
Provide recommendations to the marketing head on how to enhance brand image and recognition based on market research and insights.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong understanding of brand development strategies and marketing trends.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metrics, and consumer behaviour trends.
Proven experience in conducting market research and translating data into actionable insights.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
