As a Brand Specialist for our Personal Healthcare brands, you'll be a key player in bringing our marketing plans to life. You'll help execute exciting digital campaigns, manage our social media presence, optimize our online store appearances, and support consumer activities. This role involves coordinating with our agency partners, carefully tracking our marketing spending, and monitoring how well our campaigns are performing. You'll support the brand team in delivering effective marketing that helps our Personal Healthcare brands grow.

What You'll Do:

Run Marketing Campaigns:

  • Help execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Work with creative, media, PR, and other agencies to get things done on time.
  • Keep track of campaign schedules and make sure all materials are ready for launch.
  • Watch campaigns as they run and suggest ways to make them better.

Manage Social Media:

  • Update and manage our social media calendar.
  • Coordinate with agencies to produce social media content and get it approved.
  • Oversee the team that talks to our community online.
  • Check how well our social posts are doing and spot new trends for quick content ideas.

Boost Our Online Stores (E-commerce):

  • Execute campaigns on e-commerce websites.
  • Make sure product pages (PDPs) are updated with correct details and digital assets.
  • Manage our brand's look and promotions on online store pages.
  • Ensure our products look great and are accurately represented online.
  • Track the quality of our online execution.

Support Consumer Activities:

  • Help execute consumer promotions, sampling, and in-person events.
  • Coordinate event details and agency deliveries.
  • Support launches of new products and other market activities.
  • Track results from these activities and gather learnings.

Track Marketing Budget:

  • Manage daily tracking of marketing spending.
  • Compare actual spending against the budget plan.
  • Help prepare monthly budget reports and forecasts.
  • Process purchase requests (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and track invoices.
  • Work with Finance to ensure bills are paid on time.
  • Point out any risks of over or under spending.
  • Help consolidate budget needs for annual planning.
  • Ensure all spending follows company rules.

Work with Agencies & Teams:

  • Be the day-to-day contact for our external marketing agencies.
  • Help create project timelines.
  • Coordinate tasks with other internal teams like Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance.
  • Track project actions and flag any risks to execution.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, timing, and compliance standards.

Monitor Performance & Report:

  • Help create weekly and monthly reports for campaigns.
  • Track key performance metrics for digital, social, e-commerce, and activation efforts.
  • Combine different performance reports.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and market trends.
  • Support reviews after campaigns to learn what worked well and what could be improved.

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of marketing or brand support experience, ideally in consumer goods or healthcare.

Skills:

  • Good at organizing and managing tasks.
  • Clear and effective communicator (written and verbal).
  • Works well with others – agencies and internal teams.
  • Understands digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce basics.
  • Can look at data and find key takeaways.
  • Basic understanding of budgets and financial tracking.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and solves problems.
  • Pays close attention to details.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
