Brand Specialist, Caucasus

What this position is about - Purpose:

The Brand Specialist plays a key role in the execution and delivery of marketing assets across JTI's Multicategory Portfolio. Acting as the creative coordination hub within the Agile Marketing team, you will work closely with creative agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and impactful brand materials reach the market on time.

This role combines marketing coordination, asset management, quality control, and project support responsibilities, contributing to the successful execution of both RMC and RRP brand initiatives across the Caucasus cluster.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and production of marketing materials by managing external agencies and internal creative resources.
  • Ensure all marketing assets meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and technical specifications before final approval.
  • Support the preparation of Cycle Briefs by collecting, organizing, and managing visual and project-related materials.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including briefs, de-briefs, initiative plans, reports, purchase requests, and purchase orders.
  • Develop technical specifications for non-branded materials and support procurement-related projects.
  • Gather and consolidate feedback from field teams to improve future asset development and agency briefings.
  • Participate in Agile planning sessions, monitor creative task progress, and proactively identify and escalate potential bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate effective communication between brand teams and agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Review all visual materials for compliance with Global Brand Guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports using corporate templates.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Trade Marketing, Brand Support, or Agency Account Management.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, including briefing, feedback management, and quality control processes.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced or fluent Russian and local language proficiency.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into clear and actionable agency briefs.
  • Proficiency in managing asset libraries, approval workflows, and document organization.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
