Job Description

As part of the Offer Department, Trade Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • Selective and Exclusive Brand Trade management, in collaboration with Brand and European animations
  • Implement Brands 360° plans (in store extra visibility, brand staff, gwp)
  • Define pop materials and control the respect of European Guidelines and delivery timing in Store
  • Periodic updates with Purchasing and Supply Chain Departments respecting timing required
  • Share CRM and digital activities with internal Departments and Brands
  • Manage Brand extra-visibility materials in Store
  • Manage extra-visibility tools mapping and periodic updates with Supply Chain and Purchasing Department respecting required timing
  • Define and manage promotional mechanics and Brand operations traffic
  • Manage special activities for Stores network with feasibility assessment, in coordination with Brand and operative follow up

Beauty and Hostess:

  • Negotiate and coordinate Brand staff calendar in alignment with HQ and stores needs
  • Analysis of main activities
  • Support to all communication and marketing activities: Make Up Artists recruitment for in Store events or PR events, Late Night Shopping, New Opening

Who we are looking for:

  • 2/3 years of experience in similar roles
  • English/Italian is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Good knowledge of Retail dynamics and kpis understanding
  • Passionated on customer centric attitude
  • Strong relational skills
