Job Description

The Brand Representative is responsible for building brand awareness, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring excellent brand visibility and in-store execution across Grocery, Convenience, On-Premise, HoReCa, E-commerce, and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the company marketing campaigns, promotions, and consumer activation programs.
Drive product trial and sampling activities to increase consumer awareness and purchase intent.
Provide timely feedback on consumer trends and customer preferences.
Maintain high-quality merchandising and visibility in all assigned outlets.
Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and outlet staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in brand activation, merchandising, sales support, within the FMCG space
Experience working with consumer brands, beverages, or retail environments is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team
