Profile:

A Brand Relations & Styling Professional with a refined cultural sensitivity is required to support the global evolution of our Personal Shopper and Stylist network. As part of the team guided by the Director of Brand Experience & Relations, the role will collaborate closely with colleagues to support shared objectives and ongoing projects. Working closely with the regional and retail partners, this position supports the development of the Personal Shopper program and the delivery of elevated experiences that embody our values.

Role responsibilities:

Personal Shopper & Stylist Network

The role contributes to the maintenance, engagement and development of our global Personal Shopper and Stylist community. This includes collaborating with regional teams to identify and recruit professionals aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and values, fostering long-term relationships and supporting regular communication and engagement opportunities within the network.

Program Development & Engagement

In collaboration with regional teams, the position supports the implementation of engagement programs dedicated to Personal Shoppers—curated styling experiences, private appointments and educational initiatives. It also assists in developing styling-driven activities and tools designed to highlight the collections and craftsmanship.

Events & Experiences

The role supports the planning and coordination of key global initiatives surrounding Fashion Weeks, collection previews, trunk shows, elevated in‑store experiences and personalized styling appointments. It also collaborates with regional teams to organize engagement events and contribute to tailored client moments centered on product storytelling and styling.

Business Monitoring & Reporting

Responsibilities include monitoring global Personal Shopper business performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and preparing weekly and monthly reporting. The position supports regional teams in defining action plans that strengthen engagement and drive results, while maintaining tracking tools and internal documentation.

Client Engagement

This role supports initiatives designed to deepen relationships with elevated clients through personalized styling experiences. This includes coordinating exclusive product moments such as previews, styling sessions and trunk shows, and contributing to the development of activities focused on product knowledge and styling refinement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaboration with Styling, Retail, Marketing & Events, Buying and Merchandising teams ensures alignment in brand storytelling, product focus and engagement of the stylist and Personal Shopper community. The role also supports the Director of Brand Experience & Relations in the execution of global brand initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6–8 years of experience in luxury fashion, brand relations, client engagement, styling or Personal Shopper programs.
  • Strong understanding of the international stylist and fashion ecosystem.
  • Experience collaborating with global retail teams and luxury clienteling initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven project coordination experience.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in reporting and performance monitoring.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  • Deep passion for luxury craftsmanship, styling and elevated client experiences.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong communication abilities across international teams.
