You will help our clients expand their market reach through high-impact, face-to-face marketing, live retail events, and experiential brand activations.

No prior marketing or promotions experience is required. Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Assist in organizing, setting up, executing, and breaking down daily promotional marketing campaigns and retail pop-up events.
• Consumer Engagement: Interact directly with target audiences to boost brand awareness, deliver key product messages clearly, and drive customer acquisition.
• Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product presentations and brand messaging to educate consumers and generate new leads.
• Inventory & Logistics: Maintain and manage event promotional materials, signage, and display inventory to ensure professional brand representation.
• Market Insights: Collect target audience feedback and track daily event registration metrics to help management optimize future campaign strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Cross-train and collaborate with team members, marketing coordinators, and brand managers to meet regional client targets.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Note: Coursework or interest in marketing, communications, or business management is a plus. A background in customer service, retail, hospitality, bar/restaurant service, sales, or event services is a bonus, but absolutely not required—full training is provided!
