As Marketing Projects Manager, you’ll help accelerate growth across our Beauty and Personal Care portfolio, bringing focus, pace and commercial impact to the initiatives that matter most. You’ll lead high-impact projects from early idea through to rapid commercialisation and in-market delivery, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, global brand owners and external partners.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving ANZ agenda, helping grow much-loved brands such as St. Tropez while bringing exciting new innovations to market. You’ll turn opportunity into action, helping our teams move quickly, make smart decisions and deliver results that grow our brands and strengthen our market position.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead strategic growth projects across Beauty and Personal Care, keeping teams focused on speed, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Bring new ideas to market by guiding cross-functional initiatives from concept through to launch and in-market delivery.
• Build strong alignment across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, global brand owners and external partners so projects move with clarity and momentum.
• Spot opportunities, remove blockers and help teams make confident decisions in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Partner with Sales to shape customer-facing plans that support strong category and commercial conversations with key retail partners.
• Keep delivery commercially disciplined by managing timelines, budgets, governance, financial levers and performance metrics.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience as a Senior Brand Manager, project-led marketer or similar, ideally within FMCG or retail.
• Strong project leadership skills, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
• A sharp commercial mindset, with the ability to turn consumer, market and financial insight into fast, high-quality action.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects and bringing initiatives to market effectively.
• Agility, resilience and a hands-on approach, with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
