We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Brand Partnerships Specialist to join our Odience team. In this role, you'll identify and onboard new brand partners while nurturing existing relationships to help them achieve outstanding results.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze partnership performance, and play a key role in driving the growth of our platform and business.

What you will do...

• Identify, approach, and onboard new brand partners, building strong relationships from the very first conversation.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing brand partners, acting as their trusted point of contact and identifying opportunities to maximize their success.

• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize results and achieve shared business goals.

• Research and evaluate new traffic acquisition opportunities to expand brand reach and improve campaign performance.

• Maintain regular communication with partners, sharing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.

• Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for partner acquisition, retention, and growth.

• Collaborate with Influencer Partnership Specialists on campaign strategy, market research, performance analysis, and optimization initiatives.

• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to continuously improve the platform, identify new opportunities, and enhance the overall partner experience.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in online advertising, affiliate marketing, and digital media to identify new business opportunities.

• Contribute to additional projects and initiatives that support the continued growth of the business.

We would love to meet someone with...

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in online advertising, digital media, affiliate marketing or influencer marketing

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A passion for identifying and addressing the unique needs of brands by delivering tailored advertising solutions.

• A proactive, adaptable mindset, paired with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to achieving shared objectives.

The compensation for this role includes a fixed salary of €3000 gross per month plus commission.
