The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Participate in ideation and brainstorming of solutions and client strategy and assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for client meetings or events
- Support in building out workstreams and resources to optimise business processes e.g. developing trouble shooting guides for clients, building out a business development pipeline, etc. and take ownership of follow-through and timely delivery of projects
- Gather and analyze sales data to uncover trends and opportunities and build dashboards and trackers to monitor performance
- Manage sales data, coordinate logistics, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, e.g. Updating sales data in weekly meetings, data entry, ad rejection appeals, etc. and track and share client or platform competitor activities, and industry updates
- Work closely with team leads in understanding how to manage a book of business, and shadow account managers during client meetings or calls, and get hands on industry experience
- Analyze event and campaign performance, to collaborate with team members to identify actionable insights for future optimization
