Job Description

The Brand Partnerships team works with some of the world’s leading brands across different sectors, helping them build cultural relevance and scale their business impact on TikTok. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with sophisticated advertisers, ensuring a high level of engagement and strategic alignment, and positioning TikTok as a key growth partner in their marketing ecosystem.

As part of the wider Consumer Goods team, you’ll play a key role in defining how brands connect with audiences on TikTok, inspiring them to show up in ways that are entertaining, authentic, and influential.

Responsibilities:

- Grow TikTok’s business within the Consumer Goods vertical, working closely with leading and emerging brands. Identify and unlock new business opportunities to fuel long-term growth.

- Lead senior client relationships and drive adoption of TikTok’s ad products, creative solutions, and strategic best practices.

- Engage with C-suite stakeholders to build trusted partnerships and grow revenue.

- Shape TikTok’s external narrative in the category through thought leadership and proactive client engagement.

- Act as a product and strategy expert, guiding clients and agencies through the evolving TikTok ecosystem.

Provide education and insights on platform trends, creative excellence, and performance strategies.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and measurement teams to elevate campaign outcomes.
