About the role

Tom Wood is seeking a Brand Operations Manager to join our global brand team.

This position is at the core of our brand organization and ensures that Tom Wood’s campaigns, productions, and brand initiatives are executed accurately across markets and channels.

As we continue our international growth, this role will be key in translating brand strategy and creative vision into organized execution — making sure our brand initiatives reach customers consistently through e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and cultural platforms.

The role reports to the CMO and collaborates closely with the Head of Brand and creative teams. The position is based at our headquarters in Grünerløkka, Oslo.

Your contribution

As Brand Operations Manager, you will ensure that Tom Wood’s brand engine operates smoothly.

You will coordinate campaign execution across teams and partners, manage timelines and production processes, and ensure that campaign assets and tools are delivered efficiently across all brand touchpoints.

This role demands strong operational discipline combined with an understanding of creative processes and brand development.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign operations

    • Plan and coordinate the execution of Tom Wood’s brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and continuous initiatives

    • Translate campaign strategies into organized timelines and project plans to ensure smooth delivery across teams and markets

  • Production coordination

    • Oversee the operational execution of brand productions, including photo and video shoots, asset creation, and collaboration with production partners and agencies

  • Cross-channel campaign delivery

    • Ensure campaign outputs are effectively adapted across Tom Wood’s channels, such as e-commerce, retail stores, wholesale partners, and PR efforts

  • Workflow and process management

    • Create and maintain structured workflows, campaign calendars, and project management systems that support efficient brand execution

  • Vendor and partner coordination

    • Work with external collaborators like agencies, production partners, photographers, and freelancers to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of campaign outputs

  • Budget and resource coordination

    • Assist in tracking campaign and production budgets to make sure projects are completed efficiently and within the set timelines

Who we are looking for

You are organized, proactive, and adept at managing complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

You blend operational discipline with an understanding of creative processes and brand development.

We believe the ideal candidate will have:

  • 4–10 years of experience in project management, brand operations, or campaign management

  • experience working with creative productions or marketing campaigns

  • strong organizational and communication skills

  • experience using project management tools and structured workflows

  • fluency in English

  • Experience from fashion, luxury, design, or creative industries is an advantage
