The part you will play

We are looking for a sharp and driven Brand Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team. This role sits at the point where strategy meets execution. You will own the day-to-day strategic management of assigned brand accounts, translating business objectives into full-funnel marketing plans and ensuring they are activated consistently across channels.

You will not just plan, but drive the work forward: connecting business goals, audience insights, full-funnel activation, and compelling content into a coherent, well-executed strategy. You will work closely with the Regional Lead and report into the wider Brand Marketing function.

As a Brand Marketing Strategy Manager, you will take charge of:

1. Brand Strategy & Account Management

• Develop and maintain clear, differentiated brand marketing strategies for assigned accounts, grounded in:
• Business objectives
• Category dynamics
• Audience insights
• Act as the day-to-day strategic point of contact on accounts, ensuring clarity and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
• Contribute a considered point of view to pitches and QBRs, supported by account and market insight.

2. Full-Funnel Strategy & Translation

• Translate business strategy into end-to-end full-funnel marketing plans, including:
• Audience persona definition
• Funnel design (awareness, consideration, conversion)
• Channel roles (TikTok, Meta, shopee, Lazada etc.)
• Content strategy (what to say, not just what to produce)
• Ensure alignment and consistency across the full funnel and all channels.

3. Strategic Direction & Execution Alignment

• Provide clear direction to:
• Driving cross team collaboration across Creative teams briefing, messaging, content approach
• Performance teams (activation logic, channel strategy)
• Owning & driving creative testing frameworks (e.g., structured A/B testing, learning loops)
• Work at account level to ensure seamless execution of the strategy.

4. Data-Driven Strategy & Innovation

• Leverage tools & create best practices for tools such but not limited to:
• TikTok MarketScope
• Category benchmarks
• Competitive landscape analysis
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive growth on assigned accounts.

Requirements

What we are looking for, the ideal profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in full-funnel performance marketing.
• Experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing.
• Hands-on experience across social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta).
• Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• A data-driven mindset with sound strategic judgement.
• Experience in ecommerce or agency environments is a plus.
