About the Role
We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Brand Marketing Specialist to join the team behind Platypus. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life across Australia and New Zealand.
Working across social media, digital, eCommerce, CRM, influencer marketing and brand campaigns, you'll collaborate with global brand partners, creative agencies and internal teams to deliver engaging content and seamless customer experiences that strengthen the Platypus brand.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, retail and eCommerce channels.
• Develop creative briefs and manage the production of campaign assets with internal creative teams.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, managing timelines, logistics and creative execution.
• Manage the delivery of global Brand Partner campaign requirements across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with Creative, Digital, CRM, Retail, VM and Buying teams to ensure consistent campaign execution.
• Support the planning and delivery of brand campaigns, media activity and experiential activations.
• Maintain marketing calendars and manage campaign approval processes.
• Deliver digital assets for eCommerce, CRM, Paid Social and promotional campaigns.
• Support the execution of the Platypus social media strategy and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate influencer and KOL campaigns, including product seeding and campaign deliverables.
• Raise purchase orders, track marketing budgets and complete post-campaign reporting.
• Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends and the sneaker landscape to identify opportunities.
What You'll Bring
• 3+ years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Specialist role.
• Retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle or agency experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of content creation, digital marketing and social media.
• Experience coordinating creative projects, agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, organisation and time management skills.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in consumer trends and brand marketing.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office, with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite experience highly regarded.
