We are looking for a highly dynamic, hands-on, and creative Intern to work directly with our Corporate Communications & Partnership team. In this unique role, you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day marketing execution for Bow Coffee (Social Media, Events, Operations), while also gaining valuable exposure to Bowtie’s broader Corporate PR and Strategic Partnerships.

Co-manage Bow Coffee’s social media accounts (IG/FB), including content planning, copywriting, and basic visual design/video editing.
Assist in the planning and on-the-ground execution of cafe events, community activations, and new menu launches.
Support daily operational enhancements to seamlessly connect the cafe experience with the Bowtie insurance ecosystem.
Support the rollout of collaborative campaigns with health, wellness, and lifestyle brands (e.g., event logistics, material preparation).
Assist in partner outreach, onboarding, and basic administrative duties to ensure smooth project lifecycles.
Support the PR team with media monitoring, drafting press materials, and tracking campaign performance.
Assist in corporate events and internal communication initiatives.
Full-time: 3-6 months
Part-time: 3 days per week
Must have:
Strong passion for lifestyle branding, social media trends, and coffee culture.
Highly hands-on and willing to execute (from writing an IG caption to helping set up an event space).
A creative thinker who isn't afraid to pitch new ideas for Bow Coffee's marketing.
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English
