The Brand & Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the Fairmont Global Brand & Marketing team with various day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks. This includes assisting in the development and distribution of brand materials, coordinating internal communications, managing asset libraries, supporting reporting and finance processes. The role provides hands-on experience in brand marketing operations and offers exposure to global hospitality marketing practices. The ability to work collaboratively across departments, manage multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrate strong attention to detail are essential in this position.
During the internship, responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
·Support the execution and distribution of departmental announcements and internal email communications, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate rollout.
·Contribute to the creation and formatting of brand and marketing materials such as presentations, toolkits and reports. Assist in distributing them to hotel teams globally.
·Provide day-to-day administrative support to the brand & marketing team, including meeting coordination, note-taking, file management and project follow-ups.
·Support in maintain and update the assets on brand portal, media asset library and SharePoint, ensuring assets are organized and accessible to teams across regions.
·Participate in marketing campaign coordination and execution.
·Support ad hoc brand, marketing and partnership projects and team initiatives with a proactive and collaborative approach.
·Support in content management
·Organize webinars/meetings/events related to different brand campaigns and initiatives.
·Manage production and print tasks with Accor suppliers.
·Update and maintain all internal and external distribution lists.
·Assist with finance related tasks, including:
- Raising purchase requests and submitting and tracking invoices compliance with internal policies.
- Assist with Vendor Creation & KYC
- Responsible for follow-up/update suppliers
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
•Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to details.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•University education is preferred.
