Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

This Brand Director in our CHG Healthcare Marketing Division will own and evolve the brand strategy for one or more of our large staffing companies. The ideal candidate is a proven brand marketer, skilled storyteller, and collaborative partner to our sales teams, with the vision to challenge how the brand shows up today, determine where it needs to go next, and the discipline to build the campaigns and experience that get it there. They will also collaborate closely with the growth marketing team members to ensure continuity against the full marketing funnel optimization and execution. They can develop and implement integrated brand campaigns that build awareness, consideration, and long-term equity, evaluate brand health, and own the brand experience end to end, from strategic direction through day-to-day execution. • Lead a team of individual contributors responsible for delivering the marketing plan.
  • Develop talent and own employee engagement for the team and contribute to building an effective, diverse marketing team.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams throughout the marketing division and manage external agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong storytelling and creative judgment, with the discipline to protect brand consistency across every channel.
