Job Description

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a results-driven and motivated Brand Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution of trade marketing initiatives across Latin America. This position plays a critical role in supporting retail excellence through the development, coordination, and execution of merchandising programs, point-of-purchase materials, promotional flyers, sales support tools, and other customer-facing marketing initiatives.

As part of the Brand Marketing team, this individual will work closely with Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Distribution Partners, and external partners to ensure consistent execution of Milwaukee Tool's brand standards and commercial priorities across retail channels.

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of trade marketing initiatives that support product launches, promotions, merchandising programs, and channel growth strategies.
  • Support the development and deployment of merchandising solutions, point-of-purchase materials, signage, displays, retail fixtures, and in-store branding elements.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional flyers, sales collateral, customer presentations, and retail support materials.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and execution plans.
  • Support project timelines, budgets, asset development, approvals, and deployment schedules to ensure on-time delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and production partners to execute marketing programs efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing market feedback, competitive information, and field intelligence to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, ensuring materials are current, localized when required, and aligned with Milwaukee Tool brand standards.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, training sessions, and distributor marketing activities as needed.
  • Assist in tracking project performance, execution quality, and adoption of merchandising initiatives across key channels.
  • Demonstrate extreme ownership while identifying opportunities to improve processes, execution efficiency, and overall effectiveness of trade marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, merchandising, sales support, retail marketing, or related functions.
  • Conversational English required; ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working with creative assets, marketing materials, retail programs, or merchandising initiatives is a plus.
