As a key member of our crew, you’ll be a brand guardian—keeping us aligned with Marella’s true north while navigating towards new horizons of success. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, and partner agencies, you’ll help deliver campaigns that are consistent, distinctive, and full of value—our guiding stars.
You’ll need a curious mind, a can-do attitude, and a flair for storytelling that brings our brand to life for customers and colleagues alike. Bonus points if you love a nautical pun.

You'll create and maintain brand assets, guidelines, templates, and toolkits to support our always-on approach to marketing.
We'll rely on you to monitor performance through post-campaign analysis and reports, sharing valuable insights with senior stakeholders.
You'll provide subject matter expertise for acquisition channels, handling briefings and approvals throughout the customer journey.
Collaborating with agency partners, you'll support the rollout and development of campaigns that bring our brand to life.
ABOUT YOU
You have proven experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and reviewing performance post-campaign.
Your excellent attention to detail is matched with creative flair and an eye for design that helps our brand stand out.
We're looking for someone who remains organised, responsive and focused, even when navigating through busy periods.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to respond to changing needs and priorities in our dynamic environment.
Communication comes naturally to you, with strong written, verbal and presentation skills that help you tell our story effectively.
You thrive as a team player with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and divisions, bringing people together around our brand vision.
