As a Sr. Brand Manager for Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals (COP), you are expected to be the total business owner. Every day is different, but below is a glimpse of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals brand team, where you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth for Colgate’s Professional products and generate recommendation and advocacy for Colgate’s OTC products

  • Take charge of developing business strategies for key brand(s), identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them.

  • Effectively steward the P&L to achieve net sales and profitability goals.

  • Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities.

  • Partner with key agencies in developing high impact, integrated marketing campaigns or concepts.

  • Develop and activate against people-centric insights, driven by a keen understanding of culture, customers and data synthesis.

  • Engage with the sales team to create compelling marketing messages & materials.

  • Run everyday operations, including budget management, forecasting plant volumes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.

  • Take full ownership and demonstrate expertise in managing the business, driving critical initiatives

  • Contribute to and refine the long-term brand strategy and portfolio vision

  • Lead key business projects, providing thought leadership on the delivery of brand plans

  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through robust analytical skills

  • Manage a small team with a maximum of two direct reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field

  • 10+ years of marketing experience or 8+ years of marketing experience + MBA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in consumer product goods

  • Experience working in the healthcare field or professional marketing experience

  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity and critical thinking skills

  • Proven track record of bringing new products to market successfully

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
