About the Position

We are currently looking for a Brand Manager based in Greece to join our Vitam team. Vitam is the leading brand of YF category in Greece and the biggest brand of Flora Food Group SEE portfolio.

This role is a maternity cover position offered under a fixed‑term contract (12-18 months)

As a Brand Manager, working together cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, supply chain and finance teams, you will leverage and translate the full capability of the Global Flora Food Group organization into a localized marketing plan to drive sustainable growth. Working in a local brand you will have the opportunity to build the strategy and communication from scratch. The position will report to the Marketing Manager of Greece.

Your strong motivation and your knowledge within the FMCG or retail landscape will enable you to shape how consumers experience and engage with our products every day. You should have excellent analytics skills and you love looking at the data and coming up with insights and recommendations on how to grow and push the business into the right direction. You are a great communicator in English, able to build relationships with both the internal teams but also our external partners. You are determined to deliver on the commitments you make.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys end‑to‑end ownership, and has the determination to make an impact. A self-starter, able to work autonomously and integrate into the wider team with ease to really start supporting the function from Day 1.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of the brand strategy
  • Develop consumer-first growth plans across the 7Ps, rooted in insights and market trends
  • Lead and support new product launches and relaunches
  • Oversee portfolio performance and RGM initiatives to drive profitability and reduce complexity
  • Responsible for budget monitoring and control
  • Analyze P&L results and own your brands' performance
  • Contribute to the S&OP process and gap-filling initiatives
  • Analyze brand performance (category trends, market share, competition, consumer behavior) and initiate corrective actions when needed
  • Develop seasonal and thematic activations (e.g., holiday recipes and activations)
  • Present brand plans to internal stakeholders
  • Plan and execute ATL (TV, OOH, print) and BTL (in-store, sampling, events) campaigns
  • Collaborating with digital teams on social media and influencer marketing
  • Track campaign KPIs, including reach, engagement, and ROI

  • You have a proven track record of 3–5 years in Marketing/Brand Management within FMCG
  • You have a strong understanding of business financials and solid analytical skills
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong consumer focus
  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • You have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are fluent in English
