We are searching for the best talent for Brand Manager Acuvue to be based in Warsaw, Poland.

The purpose of the Brand Manager ACUVUE is to drive sustainable brand and business growth by leading end‑to‑end brand strategy execution, including portfolio management, integrated marketing plans, and new product launches. The role translates consumer, wearer, and ECP insights into effective, compliant multi‑channel marketing activities across B2C and B2B, while partnering cross‑functionally to optimize the consumer journey and strengthen ACUVUE brand equity in the local market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns (B2C, B2B, B2B2C) aligned with business objectives

  • Launch execution management

  • Analysing and understanding competitive landscape, leveraging consumer & specialist insights into marketing activities

  • Defining and tracking KPIs for marketing activities and translating results into recommendations

  • Managing the development of marketing materials

  • B2B Promotion (presence on congresses, ambassador projects)

  • Managing Promotional Budget

  • Leading cross-functional Teams to deliver multidisciplinary projects

  • Managing agencies and external partners

  • Ensure cooperation within regional marketing network to share best practices, insights and content

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

zł163,000.00 - zł262,200.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
