ABOUT TRIP
TRIP’s mission is to create calm in the everyday chaos for our community, offering next-generation wellness products to power their lifestyle and nurture mental wellbeing.
Co-founders, husband and wife team Olivia and Daniel discovered plant-based wellness after a transformative personal experience and decided to launch TRIP in 2019 to bring the most delicious, highest quality functional drinks and supplements to millions of people globally.
Now the world’s #1 Calming Beverage Brand, TRIP’s award-winning drinks and wellness products are crafted with botanicals and adaptogens to help people relax, unwind and find balance. Since launch, TRIP has rapidly expanded from the UK to across Europe and North America, generating over $100 million in sales. TRIP products are now available in leading supermarkets, natural retailers and online.
Our vision is to become the global leader in calming drinks and supplements. Synonymous with calm in the same way Red Bull is with energy. We move fast, think big and are committed to becoming the defining brand for a generation who drinks less but prioritises mental wellbeing more than ever. There has never been a better time to join our incredible team and be part of the movement!
THE ROLE
We're looking for a culturally-tuned Brand Manager to help build TRIP's brand presence in the US market. You'll be the center spoke of US brand campaigns - connecting our Growth, Shopper, and Partnerships teams around a coherent TRIP story that resonates with US consumers.
This role sits at the heart of our global-to-local journey. Working closely with TRIP's Global Brand team, you'll help bring campaigns to life in the US - translating global guidelines, language, and creative direction into something that feels genuinely native to a US audience. From website copy to campaign messaging to channel briefs, you'll be a key brand voice ensuring everything we do in the US feels authentically TRIP.
The right person has strong brand instincts, a genuine feel for language and culture, and the ability to work collaboratively across a dynamic team structure while staying close enough to execution to know when something's off-brand.
This includes...
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign strategy & integration
Partner with the Global Brand team to adapt and roll out brand campaigns in the US - working across Growth, Shopper, and Partnerships to ensure local execution comes together as a single, coherent brand story.
Serve as the central integrator across all US brand touchpoints, connecting channel teams around a shared campaign idea and holding the standard for on-brand execution.
Develop integrated campaign briefs that translate brand strategy into a clear direction for each team — without owning channel execution directly.
Track campaign performance across teams and synthesise findings into clear recommendations that inform future brand investment.
Brand Localization & Voice
Own the localization of TRIP's global brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign language for the US market - ensuring everything feels culturally native, not imported.
Lead US brand expression across key owned touchpoints, including the website, retail copy, email, and campaign assets - briefing Creative or Growth to execute, but holding the pen on what's right.
Act as the US brand guardrail: review and approve US-facing content from Growth, Shopper, and Partnerships to ensure consistency, quality, and authenticity.
Partner closely with the Global brand team to stay aligned on brand evolution, new campaigns, and creative direction - and translate that into timely US action.
Influencer & Celebrity Activations
Partner closely with the Director of Partnerships and the Partnerships manager to ensure US influencer and celebrity activations are grounded in the broader brand campaign strategy - providing creative direction, brand guardrails, and campaign context.
Review talent selections and activation briefs to ensure they're culturally credible, brand-right, and aligned with active US campaign priorities.
Collaborate with the Global team on influencer alignment, contributing the US market perspective on talent fit and cultural relevance.
Public Relations
Partner with the Global Brand team to adapt and execute the US PR strategy, ensuring local outreach and press activity are aligned with global brand narratives and campaign moments.
Support US media relations by identifying relevant press opportunities, coordinating with agencies or freelancers, and ensuring all communications are on-brand and culturally resonant.
Consumer & Cultural Intelligence
Work closely with the Consumer Insights & BI team to commission US-specific research - briefing the right questions, interpreting findings through a brand lens, and translating outputs into clear strategic direction.
Act as the authoritative US market voice in global brand, creative, and product conversations - synthesising insight, cultural context, and trend awareness into a coherent point of view.
Partner with the NPD Team to input into product development, bringing together consumer insights, cultural foresight, and market knowledge to advocate for the American consumer on concepts, packaging, flavour, and regulatory considerations.
Cross-functional Leadership
Work closely with the Director of Brand Partnerships and Partnerships Manager to ensure brand deals are activated on-brand and in alignment with active campaign priorities.
Partner with the Director of Shopper and the Shopper Manager to ensure retail execution reflects the broader brand campaign, not just trade objectives.
Collaborate with the Growth team (DTC, Social, TikTok) as the US market brand voice - briefing into channel strategy, reviewing content for brand alignment, and ensuring campaign ideas land consistently across platforms.
Manage external agencies and freelancers where needed to deliver brand work on time, on brief, and on budget.
ABOUT YOU
5 - 7 years of brand management experience with a track record of leading campaigns with excellence; CPG or consumer wellness preferred.
Strong cross-functional leadership - able to set direction, influence without authority, and keep diverse teams aligned around a single brand idea.
Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking, with the confidence to translate data and insight into clear brand recommendations.
Sharp instincts for language, culture, and creativity - you know what feels native to a US audience and can spot off-brand instantly.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence across all levels of the organization.
