
Do you enjoy building brands around key seasonal moments and turning long-term plans into successful market execution? We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the seasonal confectionery portfolio across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
This role is the main point of contact for all seasonal marketing activities in the cluster, managing brands and product lines for Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and other gifting occasions. The position requires strong strategic thinking, excellent project management skills, and close cooperation across multiple teams and markets.
What will be your responsibilities?
Brand strategy and planning
Lead and execute annual and long term plans for the seasonal portfolio across three markets, adapting European seasonal projects to local market needs
Define communication strategy and innovation plans for seasonal occasions
Manage the profit and loss responsibility and marketing budget for the seasonal portfolio
Consumer and market insights
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities across all markets
Identify growth opportunities in gifting, self-treat, and sharing occasions
Monitor and benchmark best practices from other European markets
Cross-functional coordination
Work closely with category planning & execution, shopper/trade marketing and sales teams
Coordinate with European seasonal teams to localize international projects
Manage cooperation with external creative and media agencies
Portfolio management
Manage the portfolio structure across occasions, price levels, and sales channels
Evaluate and optimize the product range
What we expect from you?
At least 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods
Excellent project management skills and experience with long-term, cross-functional projects
Experience working across multiple markets or in an international environment is an advantage
Experience with seasonal, gifting, or occasion-based marketing is a strong plus
Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn insights into action
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English and Czech or Slovak language
