We are looking for a Local Brand Manager who will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive sustainable volume growth through the right product portfolio, strong commercial execution, and data-driven decision making.
This role is responsible for managing portfolio performance, leading consumer and market research projects, and ensuring the right commercial assets and tracking systems are in place to support growth.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Manage and optimize the local product portfolio
Identify growth opportunities across channels, packs, and SKUs
Help develop the right commercial assets for launches and activations
INSIGHTS
Lead consumer and shopper research projects
Track portfolio and business performance using market and sales data
Build clear reports and dashboards to support decision making
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION
Work closely with Sales teams to support volume growth plans
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Insights teams
5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or similar roles
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Experience working with sales teams and market data
Ability to turn insights into clear business actions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
FMCG experience preferred
