The Brand Manager, ESR Group plays a critical role in shaping how ESR is represented across the APAC region — bringing the brand strategy to life through clear, consistent and market‑relevant execution. Working closely with regional teams and cross‑functional partners, this role activates key marketing platforms and brand initiatives, evolves brand tools and templates, and ensures the ESR brand is visible, distinctive and consistently represented across all touchpoints and markets.
This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of strategy and execution, suited to someone who values strong collaboration, quality execution and continual improvement.
The role offers the opportunity to be part of a high‑performing regional marketing team working across Australia, New Zealand, India, Korea, Southeast Asia and Japan, helping shape how ESR shows up in market. From major brand moments and partnerships to complex, multi‑market campaigns and platforms, the team delivers visible, meaningful work that supports the ambition and growth of the business and sets the standard for brand execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Delivery & Management
- Support the execution of ESR’s APAC brand strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment across regional markets and customer touchpoints.
- Partner with local brand champions and cross‑functional teams to co‑create and deliver marketing tools and collateral that support business priorities.
- Manage brand assets, approvals and governance to maintain strong visual and verbal consistency.
- Support the rollout of new brand initiatives, including visual identity updates, collateral development and internal engagement activity.
- Review and analyse brand and marketing performance, translating insights into practical recommendations for improvement.
- Refine and elevate key business presentations and high‑impact materials as required.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners including design and communications agencies, signage contractors and production suppliers.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing tools, platforms and resources to continually enhance brand and marketing effectiveness.
- Proof Group marketing content prior to distribution, ensuring all materials are accurate, polished and on brand.
- Build and maintain a strong library of case studies and testimonials that showcase ESR’s story and success.
- Track, measure and report on brand and marketing performance to support continuous improvement.
Content Development & Strategy Execution
- Own and maintain the ESR Group Marketing Toolbox, ensuring content remains current, accessible and streamlined across regional SharePoint sites.
- Support the ongoing evolution of marketing templates in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager, providing creative input and direction where required.
- Proof marketing content with the Senior Brand Manager and manage distribution, ensuring consistency, quality and brand alignment.
- Own and manage Templafy as the core brand enablement platform for the business.
- Act as a guardian of the ESR brand, ensuring it is represented accurately, consistently and confidently at all times.
- Support the wider business with ad hoc brand and marketing projects as required.
Regional Marketing Support
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to support campaigns, partnerships and digital content that elevate brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure cultural relevance and local compliance while maintaining strong global brand integrity.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage creative production and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of brand materials.
Requirements
Education:
- Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications or other relevant discipline.
Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- +5 years’ marketing experience with proven exposure to strategic brand and property marketing, including experience operating within a Group or regional structure
- Proven ability in developing and executing brand strategies across multiple markets
- Experience managing external agencies and creative partners
- Excellent MS Office skills, strong knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Canva
- Knowledge of Templafy and Hubspot a plus but not critical
