Key Responsibilities:
1. Innovation & Product Development
o Lead consumer insights-driven innovation to identify high-potential snacking opportunities that align with Oreo’s brand equity while delivering disruptive, sensory-rich experiences.
o Collaborate with R&D and product teams to develop and validate new munching formats through full-cycle consumer testing and feedback.
o Build and manage a 3-year innovation pipeline with clear growth milestones and commercialization roadmap.
2. Strategic Leadership & Planning
o Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to grow Oreo Snack’s market share and strengthen brand relevance.
o Set annual business objectives and KPIs aligned with overall brand and category goals.
o Identify and leverage emerging trends and market gaps to expand the Oreo Snack consumer base and drive occasion-based consumption.
3. IMC Campaign Management
o Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and experiential platforms.
o Partner closely with creative, shopper marketing, connection planning, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
4. Marketing Operations & Performance
o Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
o Provide regular reports on financial outcomes, consumer response, and strategic progress.
o Regularly share project updates and business insights with global teams, aligning local execution with global strategy while integrating global resources and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Proven experience (3-5 years) in brand management, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage industries.
· Strong understanding of consumer-driven marketing and flavor insights.
· Excellent project management, collaboration, and leadership skills.
· Creative problem-solving ability with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
· Passion for brands, innovation, and creating unique consumer experiences.
