Job Description

Purpose of the Job

  • Successfully drive Lynparza and Imfinzi business via building GU&GY market with differentiated business and marketing excellence
  • Collaborate with cross functional team for maximizing brand opportunities
  • Manage Lynparza life cycle beyond the GU&GY cancer indications

Typical Accountabilities

  • Develop Lynparza/Imfinzi marketing plan and seamlessly execute the planned actions in a timely manner collaborating with the partner company and the cross functional teams
  • Strategically communicate with the external key stakeholders and collaborate with business partners based on the high passion & winning spirit
  • Track business performance regularly working with related functions to achieve the brand goal

Functional Capabilities

  • Define business opportunities through deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Define key questions, hypothesis and deploy latest research skills to deepen understanding of patients, HCPs and payers.
  • Prioritize, optimize and identify strategy of key accounts and customers, defining sequence of tactics and measuring engagement, leading cross functionally, leveraging influence
  • Define KPIs and track qualitative and quantitative data to measure customer interaction and results of marketing mix
  • Execute and track budgeting and forecasting
  • Design customer value proposition and drive articulation of the holistic value proposition across brand offerings
  • Ensure quality content generation and optimal deployment across channels considering internal and external compliance and key trends of the market environment
  • Understand market sequencing and access requirements for product launch
  • Cross functional collaboration with Medical, Sales, RA, and P&R to define joined up approach to customer engagement and share insights

Essential Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degrees and above
  • Over 3-year experience of marketing in pharma industry
  • Strong drive for results
  • Strategic business planning and project management
  • Good interpersonal communication
  • Fluent English communication

  • MS office skills(Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
