Purpose of the Job
- Successfully drive Lynparza and Imfinzi business via building GU&GY market with differentiated business and marketing excellence
- Collaborate with cross functional team for maximizing brand opportunities
- Manage Lynparza life cycle beyond the GU&GY cancer indications
Typical Accountabilities
- Develop Lynparza/Imfinzi marketing plan and seamlessly execute the planned actions in a timely manner collaborating with the partner company and the cross functional teams
- Strategically communicate with the external key stakeholders and collaborate with business partners based on the high passion & winning spirit
- Track business performance regularly working with related functions to achieve the brand goal
Functional Capabilities

- Define business opportunities through deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Define key questions, hypothesis and deploy latest research skills to deepen understanding of patients, HCPs and payers.
- Prioritize, optimize and identify strategy of key accounts and customers, defining sequence of tactics and measuring engagement, leading cross functionally, leveraging influence
- Define KPIs and track qualitative and quantitative data to measure customer interaction and results of marketing mix
- Execute and track budgeting and forecasting
- Design customer value proposition and drive articulation of the holistic value proposition across brand offerings
- Ensure quality content generation and optimal deployment across channels considering internal and external compliance and key trends of the market environment
- Understand market sequencing and access requirements for product launch
- Cross functional collaboration with Medical, Sales, RA, and P&R to define joined up approach to customer engagement and share insights
Essential Qualification
- Bachelor’s degrees and above
- Over 3-year experience of marketing in pharma industry
- Strong drive for results
- Strategic business planning and project management
- Good interpersonal communication
- Fluent English communication

- MS office skills(Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
