As the Brand Manager, Nutella & Go, you will own the portfolio end to end and play a key role in shaping the brand’s growth and leadership within the U.S. category. Reporting to the Nutella Marketing Director, you’ll help define and execute the strategy that drives the brand forward.
You'll bring a strong foundation in analytics and project management, paired with attention to detail and a creative mindset. You’re comfortable leading cross-functional teams and agency partners, and you know how to turn insights into impactful, integrated marketing campaigns. From TV to in-store execution, you’ll help bring compelling, world-class creative to life and connect with consumers across every touchpoint.
You understand how the retail landscape works and can apply that knowledge across different classes of trade to build well-rounded strategies. You also play a key role in shaping and preparing for the commercialization of future Nutella & Go innovations as they move toward launch.

The base salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $139,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
