Job Overview

The Brand Manager – Milk & Agri will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing the product portfolio, and driving brand growth through effective marketing initiatives and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow brand market share.
• Manage product portfolio, launches, and innovations.
• Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• FMCG experience is preferred.
