Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our marketing team — a colleague who will actively contribute to the development of our product portfolio.

Your role will be truly diverse, ranging from the creation of marketing and brand strategy to day-to-day operational activities. You will be responsible for preparing strategic plans, planning marketing activities, and their subsequent execution and evaluation. The position also includes managing and overseeing national-level marketing campaigns for our products, in line with established corporate standards. An integral part of the role is working with the marketing budget, monitoring investment effectiveness, and sharing responsibility for the portfolio’s profitability. Last but not least, you will be involved in the introduction of innovations — from developing launch strategies to their further development and long-term management after market introduction.

Your Profile:

  1. Demonstrated proven track record in marketing roles, with measurable growth across all key brand parameters (market share, brand health, volume, profit); minimum 7 years of experience.
  2. Strong skills in defining brand strategies and executing them consistently across the marketing mix.
  3. Deep understanding and hands-on experience in communication development.
  4. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders to drive a company-wide commercial agenda.
  6. Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team of engaged, motivated, and highly efficient people.
  7. Fluent written and spoken English and advanced PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word as a minimum)
