What you will do

This is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave for approximately 1year.

The Brand Manager, Johnson’s – Southern Europe is responsible for driving the growth model for Johnson’s (Johnson´s Baby and Johnson’s Adult) brands in the cluster, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Essential Health – Southern Europe. Internally, you are a key partner of Regional (EMEA) marketing teams and works closely with Southern Europe commercial teams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Implementation and Execution Planning

  • Full accountability to deliver in year NTS, GP & share targets and shape the Y2-Y3 plans

  • Partners with lead-markets and cross functional teams in creating a robust End to End plans

  • Conducts business reviews with the markets identifying new opportunities and the need to revise plans if necessary

  • Monitors market, brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer insights. Ensure a deep understanding of the key drivers behind share and sales performance to inform marketing strategies and tactics

Deploying regional/global communication strategy

  • Supports communication planning for the cluster (comms priorities, calendar, media strategy)

  • Provides input to regional teams for all content development needs and requirements

  • Adapts or transcreates regional/global campaigns, partnering with agency to amplify these campaigns across the Southern Europe cluster

  • Acts as brand equity guardian for the cluster, ensuring execution consistency across all markets

  • Collaborates with local Brand Activation teams

Deploying new products (portfolio extensions, brand expansion to new markets)

  • Launch Key NPIs for the brand across Southern Europe markets. Creating launch strategy to execution & tracking NPI performance

  • Assess potential of new products and develops business case

  • Leverages regional/global launch toolkit and adapts to the cluster reality, in partnership with omnichannel teams

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong track record of business results.

  • Strong experience in FMCG brand management is required.

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making.

  • Experience in both brand strategy and market execution.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Working in multi-functional cross-cultural teams.

  • Ability to master complexity.

Desired Qualifications

  • Fluent or Native Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.

  • Experience on both regional and local roles is preferred.

  • Experience working on baby care is preferred.
